What does "1 Active Job at a time" mean?

This is your concurrency limit. It means you can only have 1 job visible to candidates at any given moment. 

• The Benefit: If you hire someone in 5 days, you can close that job and immediately post a completely different role (e.g., changing from 'Driver' to 'Cook') for the rest of your billing cycle at zero extra cost.
