No, you will not be charged again if you view the phone number of a profile that was unlocked previously. The charge is only applied once for each profile you unlock.
Any profile that is unlocked will remain unlocked for 60 days. Neither you nor your team members from the same company will be charged for viewing the same profile for 60 days. However, once the profile is locked again after 60 days, you will be charged for it.
