Why am I not getting an OTP?


Usually, a minor technical error from the website or the network provider can cause failure in receiving OTP on devices.

Check and confirm whether you have been getting other transactional OTPs on your mobile number. If not, then contact your network provider. 

However, if you are getting other OTPs, follow the below steps and check for OTP after each step:

  1. Check your SMS app folders for blocked, spam or unread messages.
  2. Restart your phone.
  3. Put your phone on flight mode, turn off the flight mode.
  4. Remove and reinsert your SIM card into your phone.
  5. Trigger OTP from another device for your account.
