The total number of applications will depend on the type and attractiveness of each job. However, from our recruiting experience here are three tips to attract more applications:
- Post job(s) in the Premium plan for increased visibility on the job listing page, ‘Urgently hiring’ tag, and Smart boost via WhatsApp.
- Post multiple jobs for the same vacancy with different job titles with nearby areas in the job address field.
- Expand the reach of your job(s) instantly by adding up to 10 suggested titles from the “Candidate Requirements” page.
